Infrastruct, I just wanted to send a quick note to your office to compliment the team of technicians that have been working onsite for BG. Rick has done a very good job of coordinating our project, which has been a huge task. He has consistently made available to us the proper technicians to complete each deadline, and the work has been of high caliber. By my calculations, the cabling to date would equal approximately 27 miles if placed end to end. The test results proved the consistent level of quality that we have received. Raul has done a splendid job of organizing the onsite work, and his quality of workmanship is also of high caliber. Rolan has done an impressive job assisting Raul, and did a marvelous job of jacking the many cables. Thanks again for assigning this team to our facility. Criminal Intelligence Unit I've just completed a two day course of instruction conducted by Offer Baruch and wanted to compliment you on his services. In 20 years of law enforcement, I've been to many training courses and I consider this one of the most beneficial I've ever received. His experience and bona fides of course are impressive, but his passion for the subject was even more. We've all been to courses that were long on agendas and short on content, where you have 15 minute breaks and 1.5 hour lunches trying to stretch it out till the end of the day...Offer's class had 5 minute breaks and at the end of the day, no one was hoping for it to 'finally end'. The information provided was very appropriate, but what made this class stand out over others were the tabletop and practical exercises. Most of us will fight a week to catch up from missing two days of work. Once the emails are answered and reports caught up on, normally, you've forgotten all you learned and certainly have lost your inspiration...but this one is different...it will stick. We are now moved into the new space at 3 Allen and encountered no problems with the installation whatsoever during our move-in. I have overseen many cabling projects over the last 14 years and this has been among the easiest. Thanks to Jeff's management and Martin's implementation, this job went off without a hitch and required almost no supervision on my part. In fact, you may recall that I was traveling during the bidding process, but Jeff & I were able to prepare the bid & gain client acceptance before I returned to Houston. Although I performed weekly walkthroughs during the buildout, they were for the most part unnecessary. I was therefore free to manage the other project vendors, who needed far more handholding than y'all did. Dear WC: I would like to commend all those employees who worked on Interface Consulting's cabling installation project. From Rick, the estimator, to Martin, the project manager, everyone conducted themselves in a professional manner. I appreciate the fact that the estimate was prepared thoroughly and completely. Rick personally came by to deliver the proposal, walked us through each item. Rick followed up with me until the work was awarded to Infrastruct Security. Upon awarding the work, Infrastruct's team of Rick and Martin met with our General Contractor to make sure that everyone had an opportunity to meet and go over any schedule conflicts. Infrastruct's team handled themselves professionally and was careful not to interrupt our normal course of business as well as our GC's work. The work came in as estimated and on time.
