Marq*E Entertainment Center CCTV Project - Another Customer Advocate!

This is what Infrastruct is all about - using the best tools to do the best job!

HOUSTON TX - October 29, 2007 . Infrastruct Security, Inc., a Texas based security system integrator, has just completed a multi-camera project at the Marq*E Entertainment Center (managed by Fidelis Partners) in Houston . Infrastruct installed thirty-three PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) cameras and three still cameras. Infrastruct evaluated the site, and presented a scalable plan that included implementing a wireless system which would be installed on the roof. With the majority of hardware and wiring on the roof, installers were able to minimize any disruption to the tenants of the center. What was most appealing to the customer that a wireless system allows for additional cameras with minimal modification to the infrastructure.

Infrastruct Beat Out The Competition Hands Down! Infrastruct's expertise in wireless systems was the deciding factor in winning the bid for the project. The competition offered analog systems which involved large scale trenching and heavy cabling. Infrastruct's design team created a state-of-the-art security system using leading edge technology which eliminated trenching all together and required little cabling.

Increased Safety for Marq*E Customers. The cameras are positioned to provide coverage for the entire perimeter, all garage floors, the central walkway and "Code Blue" call stations. Fidelis employs full time guards 24/7 as well as HPD personnel. One Fidelis guard can easily monitor the entire property on a four - monitor viewing system with PTZ capability. Additionally, the Code Blue call stations are fitted with an alarm which notifies the guard and provides a live view of the station.

Helping Law Enforcement. The monitoring station also has playback and capture capability on hard disk, removable media and email for instant transfer of evidence to outside parties including law enforcement. This gives the guards and on-duty police officers a clear view of all activity captured on video. Thanks to their state-of-the-art security system, they are able to base their reports on hard evidence rather than eyewitness accounts.

Remote Viewing . Wireless technology allows property managers in Houston as well as the owners in California to remotely view the property from their offices. This can provide peace-of-mind as they are able to view what is happening at any time of the day or night.

Marq*E Entertainment Centers have 50 properties total with 19 in Houston.

Cameras - Axis 213 PTZ and 210 Fixed

Videolarm Outdoor Domes and Wireless Radios - These Videolarm products provided durable outdoor protection and connectivity for the cameras. The wireless radios and antennas proved to be versatile, scalable and powerful. They permitted us to configure the wireless signals to fully meet our requirements. The VLRL24 product provides four inputs for IP cameras at each radio to enable future expansion and the ability to connect four cameras at each connection point. We will continue to use Videolarm products for future wireless projects.
